Position: Health and Safety HSEQ Coordinator Role
Drive health and safety initiatives at Webber, part of Ferrovial, as a Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Coordinator in Houston. This position emphasizes compliance and training within infrastructure management.

In this dynamic role, you will assist the Regional HSEQ Manager in maintaining health and safety systems to meet compliance requirements. Engaging in safety program management, training coordination, and supporting WSIB case management will be vital for enhancing worksite safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Health and Safety Program

• Communicate safety information effectively

• Identify safety training needs and organize sessions

• Conduct necessary audits to ensure compliance

• Assist with preparation for COR Certification

Requirements:

• Education in Health & Safety or related discipline

• 1+ years of relevant experience, with COOP acceptable

• Willingness to pursue NCSO certification

• Excellent communication skills in diverse environments

• Ability to manage physical demands in varying conditions
