Key Responsibilities:
• Perform line inspections and product hold management
• Execute microbiological sampling and analyses
• Conduct daily monitoring tasks as per HACCP
• Collect sensory samples for evaluations
• Mentor production teams in quality practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Diploma in Food Safety or Science
• HACCP certification preferred
• 2-3 years experience in QA within food industry
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication
