Become a key player at Fedcap Canada as a Validation & Compliance Specialist, focusing on ensuring compliance and accuracy in jobseeker support submissions. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills for effective performance.

Your primary responsibility in this position is to validate jobseeker support and performance milestone submissions, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and government regulations. You will work closely with the Validation & Compliance Supervisor to maintain data integrity and follow through on submissions, delivering timely and quality results.

Your role is essential for monitoring compliance and facilitating process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate jobseeker performance milestones accurately

• Ensure timely submission of data and documentation

• Maintain high data accuracy rates in validation records

• Address transactional inquiries from service providers

• Support implementation of regulatory updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

• 1–2 years' experience in compliance or audits

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
