In this key role, you will implement and coordinate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs within the plant. Partner with leadership and employees to foster a high-performance safety culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will guide the facility in maintaining safety protocols and training processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary onsite HSE resource for compliance

• Collaborate on HSE policies with leadership and supervisors

• Lead workplace inspections and audits regularly

• Ensure adherence to Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act

• Conduct training programs on safety measures

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Health, Safety and Environmental role

• Joint Health and Safety Certification required

• Expertise in Ontario safety regulations and WHMIS

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting systems
