LOGISTEC is looking for a dedicated Health and Safety Specialist to join our Environment, Health and Safety team. You will play a crucial role in promoting HSE culture, developing training materials, and monitoring compliance. This position offers you the chance to liaise with regulatory bodies and enhance HSE tools and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote occupational health and safety culture and initiatives
• Develop and distribute safety training materials for employees
• Implement HSE projects including recognition programs
• Monitor key performance indicators for compliance
• Assist during regulatory inspections and audits
Requirements:
• College diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in a similar HSE role
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations
• Proficiency in HSE management systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
