Research Coordinator

Position: Research Coordinator at McMaster University
Shape the future of child mental health research as a Research Coordinator with The Offord Centre for Child Studies, McMaster University. This role supports innovative projects in Indigenous communities and youth transitions in Hamilton, Ontario.

The Offord Centre for Child Studies seeks a Research Coordinator (I) to assist in critical projects impacting child mental health. Collaborating with Principal Investigators, you will utilize mixed methods to engage with communities in the Northwest Territories and evaluate youth transitions. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving outcomes for children, families, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on research project data

• Coordinate research staff and project timelines

• Develop project protocols and study documents

• Engage with participants through structured interviews

• Present findings at meetings and conferences

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 4 years of relevant research experience

• Knowledge of community-based research and co-design

• Proficiency in statistical software analysis

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
