Join The Offord Centre for Child Studies at McMaster University as a Research Coordinator, where you'll focus on youth mental health projects in Hamilton, Ontario. This role emphasizes community collaboration and research evaluation.
In this Research Coordinator (I) position, you’ll support two innovative projects, including a family intervention for Indigenous communities and evaluating youth transitions in care. You will coordinate research activities, manage data, and write scientific documentation, ensuring evidence-based contributions that benefit children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret scientific literature and data
• Coordinate project resources and timelines effectively
• Liaise between project teams and external stakeholders
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Develop materials to promote research engagement
Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor's degree required
• 4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong background in participatory and evaluation research
• Bilingual English and French candidates encouraged
• Familiarity with research project management tools
