In this full-time position, you will manage archaeological projects across varying landscapes, engaging with clients and Indigenous communities. Your leadership skills will guide project teams while ensuring compliance and sound cultural management practices. This role demands a proactive and organized individual with a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive archaeological project execution

• Provide mentorship to junior staff members

• Participate in business development and proposals

• Supervise field teams and manage logistics

• Prepare and review archaeological reports

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology or Archaeology

• Archaeology License from the Ministry of Heritage

• At least 5 years in cultural resource management

• One year experience managing projects

• PMP designation advantageous
