This is a unique opportunity for a PhD or MD/PhD trained scientist specializing in immunology or related fields. You will lead experiments using patient samples and develop biomarkers while interacting with an interdisciplinary team. The experience includes analyzing high-dimensional flow cytometry data, RNA-seq, and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design experiments utilizing patient-derived samples
• Run multi-parameter flow cytometry panels
• Analyze cytometry data with FlowSOM and UMAP
• Conduct single-cell and bulk RNA-seq experiments
• Write first-author papers and present at conferences
Requirements:
• PhD or MD/PhD in relevant area
• Expertise in flow cytometry techniques
• Proficiency in R programming
• First-author publications required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
