THE ROLE
Cashier
Provide exceptionalcustomer serviceby addressing and resolving client needs quickly.
Process sales transactionsaccurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.
Issue receipts, process returns and exchangesand ensure that all transactions are documented correctly.
Educate customerson our sales and promotions.
Maintaincheckout area organized and welcomingenhancing the shopping experience.
Collaborate with fellow associatesto ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.
Assistwith receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.
