What You’ll Do:
- Cut and process fresh meat products including beef, lamb, pork and veal according to company specifications and customer requests.
- Prepare, wrap and display product for the fresh meat counter.
- Follow production planners ensuring to record all waste and scan outs according to Company procedures.
- Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet Company and legislative policies and standards.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
