As a Shift Leader, you will assist store management, oversee associates, and uphold exemplary store standards. You’ll be pivotal in addressing customer issues, fulfilling sales targets, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily store operations and staff activities
• Model exceptional sales and customer service behavior
• Handle customer complaints and assist with resolutions
• Monitor inventory and assist in inventory management
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations
Requirements:
• Valid Cann Sell license for cannabis retail
• Minimum 2 years in retail, cannabis preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
• Effective communication and team-building capabilities
