Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal club fitting for each customer

• Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions

• Provide timely follow-ups and customer support

• Document and analyze customer feedback

• Conduct training at assigned retail locations

Requirements:

• Experience in golf retail and service essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Willingness to travel as needed
