With some duties as a convenience store manager

Work must be completed at the physical location; remote work is not available.

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Oversee payroll administration
• Conduct performance reviews
• Maintain stock rotation
• Compile inventory reports
• Prepare tax returns

• 3-4 people
