Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 base annual

About the Position

Losani Homes is seeking a full-time Yardi Voyager Specialist to support our residential and commercial property portfolio. This position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of property management data, supporting day-to-day operations, and assisting with the ongoing transition and optimization of our Yardi Voyager platform.

Important

Candidates will be tested on practical Yardi knowledge and system experience during the interview process. Only candidates with strong hands-on Yardi Voyager experience should apply.

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate extensive experience managing and maintaining Yardi data within a multi-property residential or commercial portfolio environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all tenant, lease, unit, and property data within Yardi Voyager
  • Review and reconcile rent rolls, lease information, tenant accounts, and recurring charges
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between Yardi, lease documents, and financial records
  • Support move-ins, move-outs, renewals, transfers, chargebacks, and tenant account maintenance
  • Assist Property Management and Accounting with reporting, data validation, and portfolio administration
  • Support ongoing Yardi optimization, process improvements, and system cleanup initiatives
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager experience (required)
  • Strong experience with lease setup, move-ins/move-outs, rent rolls, tenant setup, recurring charges, tenant ledgers, arrears, chargebacks, and account reconciliations
  • Ability to maintain and correct tenant data, unit status, lease expiries, rent schedules, and reporting accuracy within Yardi
  • Experience generating and reviewing rent rolls, delinquency reports, occupancy reports, lease expiry reports, tenant account reports, and management reporting packages
  • Experience identifying, investigating, and correcting Yardi data discrepancies and system errors
  • Experience with Yardi data cleanup projects, portfolio transitions, and system audits considered a strong asset
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoices, maintenance coordination, vendor administration, and document management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Advanced Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, reconciliations, and data analysis
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
