Skechers Assistant Store Manager Position

In this role, you will support the Management Team by managing store operations and driving performance. Your leadership will inspire staff to deliver outstanding service and enhance visual merchandising while balancing inventory effectively. This position also requires occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs to support store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and coach staff to meet sales goals
• Ensure high standards for visual merchandising
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies
• Oversee daily store operations and procedures

Requirements:
