As the Guest Engagement Lead, you will uphold the Experience First model while building strong connections with Guests. You're responsible for directing a team of associates to meet sales targets and ensure a smooth operation. Feedback to management will enhance compliance and performance within your store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding Guest service through engagement
• Lead and provide direction to team members
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and guidelines
• Foster a warm atmosphere for positive Guest interactions
• Address performance issues with management input
Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Willingness to work 15-25 hours weekly
• Previous Build-A-Bear experience is appreciated
• Degree in management or business is beneficial
• Strong desire to support team success and engage with Guests
Drive pleasure in retail experiences by leading at Build-A-Bear while creating lasting Guest memories.
