As the Stock Coordinator at Little Burgundy, your primary focus will be to oversee all facets of company inventory handling. You will ensure compliance with shipping and receiving policies and collaborate closely with management to maintain optimal merchandise organization. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high standard of retail performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage all incoming and outgoing products
• Maintain neat and organized inventory areas
• Communicate stock replenishment needs effectively
• Address inventory mixes with the Store Manager
• Follow all security protocols in inventory handling
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales
• Prior experience in retail management preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bilingualism required for specific locations in Quebec
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing long hours
