As a Retail Merchandiser, you will manage backroom organization and ensure product displays are appealing and shoppable.
Your role includes following inventory management processes while utilizing systems like PDT and MMS. This position supports the Front Store Manager and focuses on maintaining store standards and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize backroom product according to BIMI processes
• Use PDT and MMS for daily merchandising tasks
• Manage product returns and exit strategies as directed
• Maintain store image by following display standards
• Ensure product displays are consumer focused
Requirements:
• Proficient in planning and decision-making
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency
• Detail-oriented with independent working ability
• Capable of handling cash accurately
• Ability to work flexible shifts
