Position: Floral Merchandiser with Flexible Schedule
Immediate openings for Floral Merchandisers! Work flexibly across various retailer locations to manage plant displays and inventory.

We need Floral Merchandisers to support growers by ensuring plant programs are successfully implemented in stores. This position entails visiting multiple retail locations 1-2 times weekly, maintaining product presentation, inventory control, and pricing accuracy. Having strong customer service skills will help build positive relationships with retail staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute merchandising tasks at large retail locations

• Verify and position incoming product orders on display

• Oversee inventory management and pricing updates

• Make store visits lasting approximately 45 minutes each

• Complete reporting online using a smartphone connection

Requirements:

• Passion for working with flexible schedules

• Reliable transportation for multiple store visits

• Experience in floral maintenance and merchandising

• Strong ability to work independently

• Proven customer service skills and effective problem-solving
