New Role

Losani Homes is seeking a full time Yardi Voyager Specialist to support our residential and commercial property portfolio. This position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of property management data, supporting day‑to‑day operations, and assisting with the ongoing transition and optimization of our Yardi Voyager platform.

Candidates will be tested on practical Yardi knowledge and system experience during the interview process. Only candidates with strong hands‑on Yardi Voyager experience should apply.

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate extensive experience managing and maintaining Yardi data within a multi‑property residential or commercial portfolio environment.

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all tenant, lease, unit, and property data within Yardi Voyager
• Review and reconcile rent rolls, lease information, tenant accounts, and recurring charges
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between Yardi, lease documents, and financial records
• Support move‑ins, move‑outs, renewals, transfers, chargebacks, and tenant
