You will report directly to the Store Manager, contributing significantly to the store's success through outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Your leadership will help maintain high standards for both customer interactions and merchandising practices.

Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma
• 1 year of team leadership experience in retail
• 2 years of retail experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
