As a Team Lead at Lens Crafters, you'll ensure that every customer receives top-notch service while managing key optical processes.
Your role will involve training staff and enhancing their skills to support excellent customer interactions. Knowledge of lens choices and lab processes will be vital to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service
• Assist customers with optical selections and service
• Manage team training on sales techniques and product knowledge
• Act as a responsible designated key holder
• Ensure all eyewear meets customer specifications
Requirements:
• Current and valid state Opticianry license required
• Extensive optical knowledge and retail experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities in a retail context
• Familiarity with cash handling and store operations
