Join AEO as a Brand Ambassador, where your role is crucial in connecting with guests and fostering brand loyalty. You will be trained on the AEO Selling Model and use it to engage shoppers, make product suggestions, and educate them about our offerings. In addition, you’ll flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, delivering impeccable service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate customers on AEO and Aerie products

• Promote the AEO loyalty program to shoppers

• Flexibility to assist in various store zones

• Proactively resolve guest concerns

Requirements:

• Energetic with a love for interaction

• Experience in retail preferred

• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Minimum age: 16 years

• Strong team player attitude
