Role OverviewAutomotive Customer Service Representative – support automotive customers, manage parts inventory, and provide solutions.
Responsibilities- Understand parts catalogue and automotive components.
- Apply strong problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Act as central hub, gathering information from various groups to find solutions.
- Maintain a solution‑orientated approach to investigative work on multiple issues.
- Conduct research to thoroughly investigate issues.
- Analyze problems and outline necessary steps to achieve a positive resolution.
- Communicate clearly and empathically, delivering challenging messages with patience.
- Review and assist with orders, check part availability, and communicate ETA issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of parts transactions, deliveries, and inventory adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide actionable insights.
- Use inventory tool to identify accurate part numbers based on VIN information.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma.
- Experience in automotive industry preferred.
- Proven inventory management experience or similar field.
- Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible, detail oriented, organized, able to multi‑task with various tools.
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
Base pay: $21 per hour (plus incentives based on performance).
