Join the Professional Women’s Hockey League as a Merchandise Liaison Specialist. This role focuses on maintaining operational excellence while enhancing community engagement and fan experiences.
As the Merchandise Operations Specialist for the PWHL, you will act as the primary contact between the League Merchandise team and local retail partners. Your responsibilities will include ensuring inventory accuracy and executing league merchandising standards during gamedays and community events. This role is crucial for fostering a vibrant merchandise presence at local venues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage merchandise operations with local venue partners
• Ensure precise inventory management and replenishment
• Prepare merchandise for all home games and events
• Collaborate on community merchandise activations
• Uphold league visual merchandising presentation
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in retail operations or inventory management
• Strong skills in merchandising and point-of-sale systems
• Excellent communication capabilities
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 30 pounds
• Open schedule for evenings, weekends, and travel
Drive fan engagement and support the PWHL's merchandise mission through exceptional operational oversight.
