Your responsibilities will encompass product inventory organization, product display crafting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll also manage merchandise receiving and backroom organization, ensuring that shoppers find your store inviting and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized backroom and follow receiving policies

• Use technology for daily inventory and task management

• Assist customers proactively in their shopping experience

• Ensure store image meets customer expectations

• Perform other duties as required for store operations

Requirements:

• Planning and efficiency in decision-making

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Basic computer skills and cash register experience

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced sales environment

• Capability to lift and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds
