Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed store and personal sales targets consistently

• Assist in high-quality recruitment and hiring processes

• Train and develop an effective sales team

• Enforce policies to coach and hold staff accountable

• Supervise daily operations and loss prevention tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in retail management preferred

• 6-12 months of retail sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Willingness to learn and grow with the team

• Ability to work 45 hours weekly, including nights and weekends
