• Maintain store aesthetics and inventory accuracy
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant retail or supervisory experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong passion for mentoring and effective communication
• Resourceful in resolving customer and team conflicts
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
