What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage the Department while performing key operational duties with your employees.
- Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.
- Increase sales and gross profit while minimizing shrink by preparing production planners to meet your sales targets.
- Produce consistent, fresh, and quality products according to recipe cards.
- Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.
- Order product, receive and manage inventory, plan your production to ensure a good in stock position.
- Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees.
- Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in the food service industry (restaurant or retail).
- Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Food Handlers certificate is a plus
