As Fashion Team Lead, you assist with department leadership, operational processes, and task completion. You respond to inquiries, promote products and services, and support associates through teaching, training, and feedback. The role also coordinates workload priorities and salesfloor activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and provide helpful Fashion department service
- Coordinate daily tasks according to communicated priorities
- Assess presentations and execute merchandising display changes
- Lead team huddles, share updates, and track productivity
- Support safety sweeps, secure fixtures, and hazard-free areas
- Must be 16 or older
- Ability to promote products and locate merchandise
- Ability to resolve customer issues appropriately
- Ability to teach, train, and provide associate feedback
- Ability to complete GTA and Workday tasks
