What You’ll Do

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads through strategic prospecting to secure new business clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and internal teams.

  • Deliver personalized, professional advice with a focus on accuracy, client satisfaction, and value creation.

  • Confidently present and communicate our value proposition to stakeholders across all levels.

  • Analyze buyer personas and address the unique challenges of our target market.

  • Drive results by achieving quick wins and consistently exceeding sales goals.

  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems to support pipeline management and follow-up.

  • Partner with your Service Support team to ensure seamless onboarding, client service, and retention.

  • Stay current on industry trends, evolving client needs, and the competitive landscape.

  • Attend networking events, client meetings, and other lead generation activities.

  • Provide timely reporting, insights, and presentations to management.

  • Respond to client inquiries, gather underwriting information, and conduct research as needed.

  • What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales
    , ideally within insurance, financial services, or professional solutions.

  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented with a passion for growth.

  • Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (an asset).

  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable and effective in both virtual and in-person sales environments.

  • Confident, persuasive, and skilled in negotiation.

  • Persistent, resilient, and results-driven, with a “hunter” mindset.

  • Experience using social media platforms (especially Linked In) for professional outreach.
