Sales-Focused Mortgage Specialist Position

In this role, you will establish strong relationships with realtors, financial planners, and builders to discover new business prospects. Using your sales skills, you will target mortgage referrals and participate in coaching sessions for continuous development. Your success will depend on your ability to manage customer interactions and track progress through the dedicated sales system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with key centers of influence
• Target and identify new mortgage sales opportunities
• Enhance skills through comprehensive training programs
• Participate in joint sales calls for knowledge exchange
• Use sales management tools to monitor performance
Requirements:
• Demonstrated success in sales and relationship building
• Self-managed and motivated individual
• Strong communication and networking abilities
• Knowledge of retail banking beneficial
• Preferred post-secondary qualification
