Account Executive

Nacora Insurance Brokers is looking for a motivated Insurance Producer / Account Executive who wants to build and grow their own book of business within an established brokerage environment.

This is a sales-focused role designed for someone who enjoys developing relationships, generating new business, and building a long-term client portfolio. You'll have the freedom to develop your own opportunities while benefiting from the markets, infrastructure, expertise, and service support of an established brokerage.

We are particularly interested in producers who want more control over their earning potential and are motivated by building something substantial over the long term.

• Generate and develop new personal and/or commercial insurance business
• Work leads that are provided to you
• Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and centres of influence
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within your client base
• Work with brokerage staff and insurance company partners to place new business
• Develop a profitable, high-retention book of business
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional insurance advice
• Manage your sales pipeline and actively pursue new opportunities

Ideally, you are someone who is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and comfortable developing new business.

Insurance sales experience is preferred, but we are also open to individuals with strong sales or business-development backgrounds who have the ability to build relationships and generate opportunities.

• RIBO licence required
• Insurance brokerage or insurance sales experience is an asset
• Proven sales, business development, or relationship-management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Organized and able to manage a pipeline of prospects and clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a long-term book of business

This is a performance-driven role with a competitive commission structure and recurring renewal income.

Compensation will be structured to provide attractive earning potential while the producer builds their book, with the opportunity for significant recurring income as the portfolio grows.

Specific compensation arrangements will be discussed based on the candidate's experience, existing relationships, production history, and ability to generate new business.

There is no cap on earning potential.
