Baig Secured is a Canadian security company providing a complete spectrum of private security, investigations, and consultant services.

Specializing in providing professionally trained uniformed Security Guards, Mobile Patrol, Private investigators, and Loss Prevention Services.

Baig Security is currently hiring for Sales for our Security Service business line. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of all issues in your assigned account portfolio with a focus on delivering a high level of service. You will be a liaison for clients, team members, and internal operations and act as the primary point of contact for client service, employee performance, and incident escalation.

• Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community regarding services
• Providing a great customer experience while keeping customer information confidential
• Working with a dedicated and passionate team who will assist you and work alongside you to provide a best-in‑class customer experience!

• Ability to work part-time
• Previous customer service/sales/call center experience preferred

• Previous professional experience in the Security industry is a definite asset
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours to meet business demands
• Ability to travel to designated sites to meet with clients and field staff.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License is a definite asset
• Valid Driver License
• Valid First Aid/ CPR
