Wednesday to Friday  (24 hours - Flexibility in picking up additional shifts is an asset)

Opportunities to grow alongside Garda World

Continuing education through Garda World Campus

Oversee communications in selected geographic areas

Confer with customers or employees via telephone and email programs

Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities

Record and maintain data and dispatch information

Notify staff of road or traffic problems

Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner

• Work independently to ensure after-hours support

Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Have a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal – Comfortable with telephone communications

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams experience

Be available to work a flexible schedule

Be eligible to work in Canada

Be highly organized and be able to prioritize multiple tasks
