As a pivotal member of the Security Services team, your focus will be on maintaining security protocols, effective incident documentation, and quick response in emergencies. You will be interacting consistently with hospital staff, patients, and law enforcement to provide a safe environment. Your skills will be vital for diffusing potentially volatile situations and coordinating security efforts across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safety protocols at hospital locations
• Provide clear communication to patients and staff
• Monitor security systems and document incidents
• Collaborate with emergency response teams
• Support hospital procedures and safety compliance
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary degree/diploma or 3+ years experience
• Valid Security License in Ontario
• Crisis Intervention training is an asset
• Familiarity with security technologies and systems
• Experience with healthcare settings preferred
