In this leadership role, you will report directly to the Director of Security, playing a crucial role in safeguarding both guests and staff during events at the TD Coliseum. With strong supervisory skills and 3-5 years of venue security experience, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead emergency responses, and collaborate with law enforcement to enhance safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead security operations for events and daily activities
• Develop security plans and deployment strategies
• Act as primary contact for event security needs
• Monitor access control and CCTV systems
• Conduct regular training for the security team
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in large-scale event security
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and crisis management
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage emergency protocols
• High level of professionalism and discretion
