Lead security at Sky City Hamilton, steering high-quality, compliant services across a 24/7 operation. Your expertise will ensure safety for guests and staff alike. As the Security Operations Manager, you'll manage a team of dedicated security professionals and implement effective security strategies.
This leadership role requires strong operational skills and the ability to maintain compliance with health and safety legislation. You will directly contribute to creating a secure environment for all visitors and employees at Sky City Hamilton.

Key Responsibilities   Lead and develop Security teams across all operational shifts
Implement Sky City’s security strategies and compliance programs
Manage security responses for incidents and emergencies
Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and policies
Oversee the Security operating budget and optimize efficiencies
Requirements   Proven experience leading Security teams in regulated environments
Strong operational leadership and performance management skills
Expertise in emergency response planning and incident management
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
Current Certificate of Approval (COA) or ability to obtain one
