Become the Lead Security Manager at Sky City Hamilton and oversee 24/7 security operations. Ensure compliance and safety for all guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead Security teams across all shifts
• Implement Sky City’s security and compliance strategies
• Manage emergency response and incident management protocols
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
• Optimize the Security operating budget for efficiency
Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in regulated security environments
• Strong skills in operational leadership and performance management
• Expertise in emergency response planning and incident management
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Current Certificate of Approval (COA) or ability to acquire one
