Monitoring Operators will oversee CCTV cameras to detect threats to client systems while documenting incidents and engaging with law enforcement. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV to ensure client security and safety

• Detect and prevent illegal activities through vigilant surveillance

• Keep accurate incident records in internal systems

• Work alongside law enforcement as required

Requirements:

• Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights

• Capable of performing 12-hour seated shifts

• Strong detail orientation and risk awareness

• Experience with emergency services contact preferred

• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
