Auxiliary Security Guard

Position: Auxiliary Security Guard with Commissionaires
Be part of the team at Commissionaires Hamilton as an Auxiliary Security Guard, fulfilling critical security needs across the Niagara area with on-call flexibility. Training will be provided on multiple sites and client protocols.

Commissionaires Hamilton is looking for individuals with strong backgrounds in CCTV management, access control, and logbook documentation. Candidates must possess a reliable vehicle for traveling to various client sites within a vast area. This role may demand 20-40 hours a week, with a mix of day and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document security activities in logbooks

• Monitor client sites using CCTV systems

• Conduct thorough patrols and manage access point security

• Fulfill short notice call-up requests for assignments

• Navigate to multiple client locations efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security roles

• Must have a dependable personal vehicle

• Willingness to work variable hours including nights

• Knowledge of security monitoring systems

• Strong commitment to client security needs
