Monitoring Operator; Part Time Weekends -Night Shifts

ECAM Technologies, a division of Garda World, is currently seeking Monitoring Operators (Part Time - Weekends) to provide and deliver quality service to our clients across North America. The role reports directly to the company’s Monitoring Supervisors and is essential to maintaining our growing reputation in the marketplace.

• Remotely monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of client premises
• Conduct surveillance to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities
• Maintain accurate incident records in internal software and report suspicious behavior to appropriate authorities
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

• High attention to detail and ability to identify potential security risks
• Experience contacting emergency services (police, ambulance, fire) preferred, but not required
• Ability to remain calm and composed under high‑pressure situations
• Proficiency in computer use, including familiarity with MS Office, Google Chrome, and other basic programs
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience in any field
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts while seated at a desk
• Availability for a minimum of four shifts (48 hours) in a 2‑week period on weekends and statutory holidays
• Quality references vouching for work ethic, attitude, and attendance
• Ability to provide a clear criminal background check
