Allied Universal is seeking dedicated Professional Security Guards for their Hamilton location. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with security experience who are ready to contribute to a safe environment. You will use your communication and de-escalation skills to maintain order and respond to incidents effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols to monitor safety and security
• Maintain detailed records of patrols and incidents
• Communicate effectively with residents and property management
• Address and resolve client complaints promptly
• Support property management with additional tasks as required
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License and work permit
• 6 months to 1 year security experience
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
