Some clients pair static or mobile guards with on‑site monitoring duties. We hire observant, detail‑oriented licensees who can watch feeds, document anomalies, and communicate clearly with patrol or police when required.
Responsibilities- Monitor camera banks and alarm panels per post orders
- Log suspicious activity, tailgating, and equipment faults
- Dispatch or notify field guards when intervention is needed
- Preserve evidence notes for investigations
- Follow privacy and use‑of‑CCTV policies at each property
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Strong focus and keyboard/note‑taking skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts in control‑room style settings
- Basic comfort with computers and radio communication
