Position Details
Security Guard(s) – Hamilton, Halton and Niagara – Full Time / Part Time (All shifts)
Responsibilities- Respond in a polite and professional manner to emergency situations.
- Identify, monitor, and report security threats.
- Patrol required job sites.
- Respond to fire alarms, threats, and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures and site protocols.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada and provincial statutes.
- Security experience an asset but not essential.
- Hold a valid security license issued by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Correctional Services.
- Hold a valid CPR/First Aid certificate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow rules of conduct and take leadership as required.
- Reliable and punctual.
