Guardteck Security is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to patrol and ensure safety in shopping environments. This full-time or part-time role demands strong communication skills, a good customer service approach, and the ability to respond to emergencies. You'll play a key role in fostering a safe atmosphere for shoppers and tenants while documenting incidents and monitoring security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the shopping center

• Maintain a highly visible security presence to deter unwanted activity

• Assist shoppers and visitors with inquiries professionally

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and alarms

• Document incidents and communicate vital information during shifts

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid & CPR Certification required

• Minimum 1 year of previous security experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
