Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular patrols across the property

• Document incidents and maintenance issues thoroughly

• Engage with residents and contractors effectively

• Adhere to security protocols and emergency responses

• Resolve complaints to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience

• Certified in First Aid and CPR

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
