Position: Shift Supervisor - Mobile Security Role
Join Allied Universal as a Shift Supervisor specializing in mobile security in Hamilton, ON. This full-time position requires a proactive attitude and strong communication skills.

In this role with Allied Universal, you will supervise mobile security operations and ensure safety across multiple sites. Candidates must possess a valid ON Security Guard License and a clean driver’s abstract. Your experience in mobile security, report writing, and access control systems will be key in maintaining safety and compliance on the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mobile patrols to deter unauthorized activity

• Manage surveillance systems and respond to breaches

• Complete routine checks on buildings and access points

• Provide assistance and enforce policies for visitors

• Document incidents and maintain logs of activities

Requirements:

• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance

• Clean driver’s abstract with Full G license

• Valid Security Guard License and certifications

• Proficiency in CCTV and alarm monitoring

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
