As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

Monday to Friday (08:30 to 17:00)

• Patrol assigned areas and monitor for suspicious activity.
• Control site access by verifying identification.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Monitor and inspect alarms, cameras, and security systems.
• Enforce property rules, city by-laws, and applicable laws.
• Deter unauthorized or unsafe activity.
• Assist law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Safeguard company and client property (e.g., keys, phones).
• Maintain accurate, detailed notes and incident reports.

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification required
• 1 year of experience in security industry or a Police Foundations diploma, or equivalent education (e.g., Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Corrections)
• Use of Force experience is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
